By accessing or using Sobray (sobray.co and app.sobray.co), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These terms have not been reviewed by legal counsel and may be updated at any time. We encourage you to review them periodically.

Service Description

Sobray provides AI-powered roof measurement reports generated from aerial satellite imagery. Reports include estimated roof area, face count, pitch measurements, and edge classifications. The Service is accessed through a web application at app.sobray.co.

Important: Measurement Accuracy Disclaimer

Roof measurements provided by Sobray are AI-generated estimates based on satellite imagery and are not professional surveys or engineering assessments.

Measurements are approximate and may contain errors. Accuracy depends on satellite image quality, roof complexity, vegetation coverage, and other factors beyond our control.

Sobray reports should be used for preliminary estimates, lead generation, and initial assessments only.

You should not rely solely on Sobray measurements for final bids, contracts, material orders, or construction work without independent verification through on-site inspection or professional survey.

Sobray is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from reliance on AI-generated measurements.

Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One account per person. Account sharing is not permitted.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscription and Billing

  • Sobray offers a subscription plan at $20 per month for up to 100 roof measurement reports.
  • New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial.
  • After your trial ends, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time through the billing management page.
  • No refunds are provided for partial months. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, or scripts) to access the Service beyond normal usage.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Resell, redistribute, or repackage Sobray reports or measurements as a competing service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Sobray Service, including its design, software, algorithms, and branding, is the property of Sobray. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our Service.

Reports generated for you through the Service may be used freely for your business purposes (e.g., customer estimates, internal planning). You may not claim ownership of the underlying technology or AI models used to produce them.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sobray shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Sobray in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that roof measurements will be accurate or complete.

Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription and stop using the Service at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Your report data may be deleted after a reasonable period.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
